What does FishDirectMail.com print?
We print and mail postcards and self-mailers. If you have another type of direct mail job, we can help with that too! Contact us.

How can I send you a print job?
Upload your job through our online ordering system. Need help? Contact us and a service representative will help you.

What kind of paper do you use?
Postcards are printed on 130-pound gloss cover, and we UV coat the front for free. Self-mailers are printed on 100-pound gloss paper.

What file formats are accepted?
We accept any Mac or PC rasterized file format. This includes TIFF, JPEG, flattened PSD, flattened PDF and EPS. If you are going to send an EPS, please convert all text to curves or outlines. Please visit our Technical Specifications page for more details.

What types of media do you accept?
We prefer an upload to our online ordering system. However, we will accept a direct mail project via FTP, email, or CD. Please visit our Technical Specifications page for more information.

Is there an extra charge for bleeds?
No. Our prices include full bleeds free of charge. We need the bleeds to be 1/8" all around. Please visit our Technical Specifications page for more information.

How long will it take to upload my files?
This depends on your connection speed. Check your status bar.

What is your security and privacy policy?

How do I cancel an order?
Contact us immediately. You will be responsible for the work completed prior to the cancellation.

What payment options are available?
All orders must be prepaid. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please overnight a check or money order payment.
